Welcome to Asè Holistic Health Service and School.  Here at Asè we want to help you heal but also help you to restore your own balance.  We believe that sickness and disease comes from one of two things. The first is the things we put on our bodies (lotions, perfumes, soap) and in our bodies (food, alcohol, sugar). The 2nd thing that causes imbalances in the body are emotional imbalances, trauma that we haven't dealt with or have pushed so far out of our minds that we don't remember them. However what the mind forgets the body remembers...
